We design your homepage first. If you look at it and it is not right for your company, you stop there, you owe nothing beyond the deposit, and you keep the design files. We have never had to make good on this, and we would rather offer it than spend a call trying to convince you.

Where are you actually based?
Squarecircle LLC is a Delaware company: US entity, US contract, US billing, in dollars. Our design and engineering team is international, which is exactly why we can charge a fraction of what a comparable US agency charges for the same standard of work, with hours that overlap your morning every single day.
Who owns the website when it is finished?
You do. The domain, the code, the content, the design files, the analytics accounts. Everything is transferred to accounts in your name at launch. If you ever want to move to another provider, you take it all with you and we help with the handover.
What happens if we need to change something in two years?
You change it yourself. The CMS is built so a person in your office who has never touched a website can add a product, swap a photo or update a spec sheet. We include a recorded walkthrough for your team. If you would rather not deal with it at all, the care plan covers unlimited small edits.
We already have a site we sort of like. Is this for us?
Probably not, and we will tell you so. This is built for companies whose site is clearly a liability. If yours mostly works, you are better off spending the money on getting found, not on getting rebuilt, and we are happy to point you in that direction.
Do you understand our industry?
We work with manufacturers, industrial distributors and technical suppliers, which is why the site is structured around capabilities, tolerances, certifications and quote requests rather than around blog posts. You will not have to explain what a lead time is.
